Amazing hotel and staff and breakfast 5 starts
-
A nice room, lovely breakfast. The hotel was centrally located. Plus, we were 15 mins by foot from acropolis museum. There was an awesome restaurant in the property. We recommend the hotel.
-
It is undoubtedly a classic option when in Athens. This place was perfect for one night. Breakfast was delicious in the hotel. We requested a classic room with magnificent view and were completely satisfied. Services included free Wi Fi.
-
Everything is GREAT here. Set within just 1 km, acropolis museum is easy to reach. Private parking nearby was provided. Syntagma neighbourhood is worth seeing.
-
the hotel is located quite close to the major tourist sites, esp syntagma.
but i found the staff to be quite rude and not very helpful. i needed help planning a few day trips out of athens and the staff did not seem to have a clue. either that or they just passed me off to someone else. its a good location and the hotel is quite comfortable but if u need help, dont expect to get it from the hotel staff. having to pay for internet is ridiculous too.

It is a very good hotel with helpful staff, good service, diversified breakfast buffet, clean and spacious rooms with modern facilities, and excellent location.
The hotel does not have any pool, spa, and exercise facilities for those who are care about these facilities. The Hotel does not offer any parking facility of its own. there are, however, other parkings close by with reasonable prices.

the breakast was rather tasty
the room was noisy (facing very busy street) and rather shabby (needs refurbishment).
-
Central location;contempoary design;good sized rooms; broad breakfast buffet;main floor lounge; very friendly staff.
-
Location was excellent, hotel is clean & tidy and the staff friendly and efficient.
-
The convenient location, room was clean, staff was helpful
-
the staff throughout could not have been nicer and more helpful. it is the second time I stayed at the hotel, my daughter initially stayed there and recommended it. it will be our preferred hotel in Athens, good value for money, centrally located and staff that cares.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the Plaka District as well as to the Acropolis and the National Gardens. The breakfast served each morning was terrific. The hotel is attractive, comfortable and the room I occupied was quiet. (Rooms closer to Syntagma Square might be quite noisy in the event of demonstrations outside the Parliament building. Such demonstrations were frequent during my stay in Athens). I found the hotel to be comfortable and would not hesitate to stay there again. My opinion is based on a ten day stay so I had an opportunity to evaluate this hotel over multiple days. My experience there was positive.
Basically my feelings were very positive. I would certainly be willing to return to the Amalia in the future.

The location is excellent and the room is clean and comfort. The staff is friendly and helpful.
It is quite noisy at night. The wifi need to pay 5 euro per 24 hours,I think a room cost 140 euros per night should provide free wifi.
